Fondu
Hey Guys,
I've had several requests for my fondu recipe so here it is. It makes a great Valentine's dinner idea too.
½ lb steak
½ pkg bacon
(wrap bacon around 1" cubes steak for cabobs)
1 red pepper
1 yellow onion
Mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
Swiss Cheese Fondu:
2 c grated swiss cheese
2 tsp flour
Pinch Garlic powder
¾ c white grape juice
¼ tsp salt & pepper
French bread to dip. Corn on cob
Chocolate Fondue:
½ pt whipping cream
1 bag milk chocolate chips
½ jar
Serve with strawberries, bananas,
pineapple, pound cake,
angel food cake, marshmellos, pretzels

Yummy! I thought I would let you know that I have a recipe blog- lots of different people add to it and if you would be interested just let me know and I will tell you how to login. Oh yeah, I wanted to ask you... do you use photoshop for digital scrapbooking? I'm doing my girls books digitally and I just use scrapbook factory. I love the papers and options on your pages though...
Yum Meg! I might just have to try it out...Do you grill the cabobbs or what? We have no plans for valentines (babysitters are sparce on love day) so ill have to whip us up some fondue. If you have any more details on making them let me know!!
